Columns of Kanban Board in KeepSolid Goals

There are five types of columns in our goal-oriented platform:

To Do. This is the column where you can schedule upcoming works. For tasks to appear in the To Do column, you need to move them from the Navigator on the left.

Analysis. Here you can move tasks that need research and analysis.

In Progress. The column displays all tasks your team is working on at the moment.

Review. Here you should drop tasks that are ready for a manager review.

Done. When a task is completed and reviewed, you can move it to this column.

How to Use Kanban Board in KeepSolid Goals

Create a new Goals account or sign in with the existing one

Set your Objective by clicking the +New Objective button

Open your Objective and set its Key Results, Sub-Key Results, and Tasks. You can do this via the Objective Map or the Worksheet tab.

Go to the Kanban tab and move necessary tasks from the Navigator on the left to the To Do column. For this, just click the right-arrow button.

Monitor the status of your tasks and as the work on your project moves on, drag and drop tasks to the relevant columns of the Kanban board to reflect the actual state of the project.
