What is Plan Quality Index
It’s vital to set a concrete, default Objective before taking a shot at any business activities. Such Objectives should be time-bound and have clear criteria that any team member can use to understand what results are expected of them, and how they are going to be evaluated. To successfully hit their targets, employees need to know what those targets are.
In KeepSolid Goals, you can assign any object on the Objective Map with its own Key Success Factors. This information is then used to monitor the current state of the Objective and to provide you with analytical Reports (read more: Controlling).
Properties
Plan Quality Index shows how complete your Objective is - that is, how many Key Success Factors you have set for the objects (Key Results and Tasks) of the Objective. Once you've determined all the relevant KSFs for all the objects, you will get the perfect Plan Quality Index score of 100%.
Actions
To view the Plan Quality Index:
- Select an Objective on the main screen of KeepSolid Goals
- Open the Reports tab
- Find the Plan Quality Index among other reports
On the dashboard, you will find what elements contribute to the Plan Quality Index:
- The Index itself
- How many Key Results and Tasks make up your Action Plan
- How many Key Results have defined Due Dates, KPIs, and Assignees
- How many Tasks have defined Due Dates, Budgets, KPIs, and Assignees
Please take note that failing to properly fill your Key Success Factors may result in an incorrect Total Objective Score report.
