Yes, sure! You can create separate Objectives for different projects. Learn more about what is an Objective here.
When you invite team members to a particular Objective, they don’t get access to the rest of your Objectives. So each of your Objectives, or projects, have separate teams. For instructions on how to invite team members, check out this page.
