In short, the workflow in the Goals app consists of the following stages:Â
- Planning: At this stage, you need to define your Objective, split it into Key Results, thus starting to build the Objective Map, and set Key Success Factors. Â
- Organizing: This stage is closely connected to the previous one. It involves creating an action plan and further developing the Objective Map by adding Sub-Key Results and Tasks and making sure Key Success Factors (KSF) are in place.Â
- Leading: This stage involves assembling your team, identifying team roles, and assigning items of your Objective to the relevant team members.Â
- Directing: Manage tasks via Kanban board and Timeline and get a visual representation of how your team is progressing towards the Objective.
- Controlling: Goals offers you numerous possibilities to see the big picture and keep track of the progress, for example, My Plans and Worksheet tabs, KSF, and Reports. Use any of these and keep everything in control.Â
