While the Objective answers the question What has to be achieved, Key Results show How the Objective should be achieved. In other words, Key Result is the desired outcome you plan to achieve within your Objective.
In the Goals app, a Key Result has the following properties: Description, KPI, assigned user, budget, and due date. A Key-Result can further be split into Sub-Key Results and Tasks.
